1. What is the deadline to make a purchase in order to receive it in time for Christmas?
To be certain of the deadline, do not hesitate to contact us.
For any order shipped to Quebec, you have until December 20 before 3:00 p.m. to place an order and receive it in time for Christmas.
2. What are the shipping fees in Canada?
Shipping is free for all purchases over $50 before taxes.
Shipping fees are $10 for any purchase of less than $50 before taxes.
Express shipping is $20. By selecting Express shipping, we ensure that your order will be fulfilled within 24 hours.
3. Which carrier service is used?
All of our orders are sent as Expedited Parcels with Canada Post.
If you are not available at the time of the delivery, your package will be taken to the nearest post office, and the delivery person will leave a notice of delivery in your mailbox.
4. Which payment methods do you accept?
We take American Express, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal and Sezzle.
5. Is the available inventory the same online and in-store?
Everything that is available online is also available in-store and vice versa.
6. Where is the shop located?

Our shop is located in the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve borough in Montreal, just a couple of steps away from Préfontaine subway station. The shop is near both the Louis-Hippolyte Lafontaine tunnel and the Jacques Cartier bridge. We also have parking available for our customers. Right across the street from the shop is the Préfontaine skatepark.
7. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship anywhere and everywhere!
We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders of 50$ and over.
We charge a flat rate of 30$ for shipping anywhere in the US.

8. Can you order something for me that isn't in your inventory?
Of course!
We can make special orders for our clients in most cases, depending on our distributors' and manufacturers' available inventory.
